The Small Claims Court, (or rather the Small Claims Track of the County Court) deals with cases that have a value of less than £10,000. At W10 we know that whatever the monetary value of your case, winning is vitally important to you. 

 

Please note, that as currently courts are reluctant to award you your legal fees upon winning small claims case, we only offer "no win, no fee" arrangement for cases of monetary value less than £10,000 in very select circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your case, and to find out more.
